Certified Personal Trainer + Health Coach

BABETTE WOLFF

Babette received her certifications as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with additional training/specializations in Orthopedic Exercise, Nutrition and Behavior Change, Barre, and Mat Pilates as well as prenatal and postnatal fitness. 

 

Her passion & purpose is to help and encourage others to live their best lives through exercise and healthy choices!

LISA SPRINGSTED

Lisa is an experienced yoga teacher who has taught gentle and active yoga styles. She also teaches booty barre, an energetic, fun barre class that fuses dance, Pilates and yoga that tones and defines the body.

Lisa believes in leading from the heart and creating a genuine, comfortable and fun environment for people to thrive in their spiritual and fitness journeys. Lisa is driven to serve, educate and uplift others.

AMY BOLEGO TWEEDY

Amy has been practicing yoga since 2006 and was hooked instantly. Having experienced and studied many types of yoga she feels her calling is in teaching Yin, slow flow, and meditative practices. She strives to make each yoga class accessible to all body types and abilities.

Her classes are a safe space to encourage students to feel into and connect with their bodies, minds, and hearts in a playful way.

Amy's classes will have you feeling better, stronger, happier, and more at peace.

ALEXANDRA QUINN

A former competitive dancer and youth dance instructor, Alexandra began her personal yoga journey around 2008 where learning how to move and breathe more mindfully became a method for experiencing life on a deeper level, for healing, and for cultivating inner peace and richer relationships, all of which ripples out into the world. This connection is the core of what Alexandra hopes to share with her classes.

 

An intuitive and progressive instructor since 2017, Alexandra’s teaching style is gentle, inspiring and approachable for people of all ages and levels of experience.
