Class Descriptions

Barre - A fun, energetic workout using techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.  

Mat Pilates - Great for strengthening and toning with a focus your core and for increasing your flexibility.  

Strong + Centered - A full-body strength training circuit followed by a relaxing stretch session that will leave you feeling both strong and centered.  In this class we will empty the tank and then fill it right back up!

Restore Your Core - This is not an "abs class." Our core consists of so much more!  Join us in this 45 minute class to connect with your body on a deeper level to improve strength, stability and posture.  Highly recommended for postpartum mamas and anyone working to overcome back pain. 

Yoga | Gentle Flow - With emphasis on safe alignment, matching strength with flexibility, and matching breath to movement, the Gentle Flow provides a slower pace than our Vinyasa Flow classes.

 

Yoga | Hatha - Great for beginners. With longer holds and a focus on breathing, you won't necessarily work up a sweat in a this class, but you will leave class feeling longer, stronger, and more relaxed.

Yoga | Vinyasa Flow - This style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. 

Yoga | Yin/Yang - The hour will begin with a gentle flow which will build heat and strength (yang) within.  Finish the hour with traditional yin poses, with longer holds, targeting your fascia, connective tissue and ligaments to bring about increased circulation and flexibility.
